RINGO MEDIA is an audiovisual production company based in Barcelona created by Mireia Graell (Nominated to Goya and Gaudi Best Production Manager for SUMMER 1993). Mireia has been selected as an emerging European producer at Rotterdam Lab, Berlinale Talents, La Incubadora, EAVE or by Variety.

VARIETY – Catalonia: Producers on rise

Amongst its titles we can find Alvaro Gago’s short films MATRIA (Grand Jury Prize Sundance 2018) and 16TH DECEMBER (Locarno Film Festival 2019), KIBERA SAUTI by Luis Lanchares (Thessaloniki 2018), BROKEN TALE by Miguel Gago (Shanghai 2020), PONTO FINAL by Miguel López Beraza (Grand Jury Prize Warsaw Film Festival 2022) and the debut feature MATRIA by Álvaro Gago (Berlinale Panorama 2023).

The goal and ambition of Ringo Media is to develop audiovisual projects that bring a unique and an honest look, paying special attention to stories of women. It’s now developing various feature fiction films, THE FURY by Gemma Blasco (awarded twice at FICG Industry), LOW SEASON by Marta Font, PORTO ALEGRE, by Álvaro Gago, VAPOR Y PLATA by Miguel López Beraza and THE IMMINENT AGE by Vigilia Vigília Collective (Málaga WIP 2023); And two documentaries; FILMING FLYING BIRDS by Zeltia Outeiriño (Coming Soon – Meeting Point Vilnius 2023) and MY SEXTORTION DIARY by Patricia Franquesa (DOK.forum München 2022).
